Trailer tires do not come pre-balanced, so you would need to do so with the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" Galvanized Wheel # AM31994.
Having said that, it isn't necessary to balance trailer tires as they track behind a vehicle instead of controlling its movement, but if you wanted to balance them you certainly could.
